These classes are for students who would like to go on to compete in Rally and/or Competition Obedience. Strictly limited to 8.

Foundation skills:

• Platform and box work with position changes
• Pivot platform for fronts and heel position
• Heel position and precision heeling
• Scent Discrimination
• Dumbbell hold and retrieve
• Directed retrieve marking
• Foundation for go-outs and directed jumping
• Stays, and Stand for Exam
• Recalls

This is a prerequisite class for anyone who would like to enroll in Competition or Rally Obedience classes at Dog Days.

Dog must have completed the Companion Dog 2 class (or consent of instructor).

Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

BEGINNER NOVICE and NOVICE COMPETITION OBEDIENCE CLASS, instructor Beth Fabel - 360-989-4803 or EMAIL BETH
Prerequisite: Foundations for Performance or consent of instructor.

Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• Rolling sessions, 6 weeks tuition is $150

FOUNDATIONS CLASS, instructor Dee Pigman - 503-807-1212 (phone or text) or EMAIL DEE
6-week sessions, with continuing sessions building on the prior skills. Tuition is $150
Prerequisite: Companion Dog 2 class or consent of instructor.
